[QuickTacBeta] dots, placeholder

Hello Lisa,

It sounds like something of interest. Perhaps you can send me a .DXG file
so that I can diagnose what's going on.

Having a background to trace over is a feature that I have working in
prototype, but plan to reserve for a "Professional" version. But there's no
reason that your approach couldn't also work. It's simply a bit limited.

Subject: [QuickTacBeta] dots, placeholder

Hi,
I came accross a little problem, am not sure if it has been talken about
here, so thought to mention in case.

I imported a color .bmp to Quicktac to draw over (use as guide). After
drawing over, errasing etc, thought all was well, embossed out with Juliet.

The embossed image had lots of dots that I couldn't see on the screen, but
figured there was a reason for them. Clicked on Placeholder and found that
there were empty spots (no circle plassholders). When I erased over them the
circles came out, also worked if I selected the area and deleted.
Then the empty plassholders were visible.

Just sending in case it might be of interest.

Best,
Lisa
