Hello Lissa,

Odd and even it is then (though a long way from being done).  This approach
will give the truest circles in any case.  I must admit that I'd noticed
that the circles weren't always as round as I thought they should be, but I
hadn't noticed the even dot count constraint that appears to be in force.
That explains quite a bit about what I'd only casually observed.  So thanks
for passing the observation on.

Thanks for fixing my email address. I would prefer to have both odd and
even, the more control we have over the shapes, the more accurate the
drawing can be.
