[QuickTacBeta] Problem with VersaPoint print out

Lisa,

I don't have any idea what might be causing this, unless perhaps we're
setting the page length incorrectly. What you're seeing might be the
VersaPoint's effort to skip a perforation.

Unfortunately, neither of our two VersaPoints is in working order, so I
cannot try it for myself.

But if you send me a copy of a file printed-to-disk, I can make an effort to
analyze it.

You might also just try changing the paper size in QuickTac's page setup to
see whether that affects the placement of the gaps at all. If it does, then
this at least lends some credence to the page length theory.

Best Regards,

Peter

Subject: [QuickTacBeta] Problem with VersaPoint print out

Hi,
This is an embosser set up question. I'm using VersaPoint and when embossing
out get gaps of about 8 inches.
That is the embossing stops and begins again after about 8 inches of empty
area. And the fill is irregular when embossed out.
Any ideas?

Thanks,
Lisa
